— Production cycle

Three checkpoints between order and shipment.

01

Intake

Submit your order with artwork attached. Our pre-flight pass checks file readiness (resolution, color mode, placement) and confirms base availability before production begins.

02

Run

Each order moves through the decoration method matched to its base and design. Standard production window is two to three business days for digital methods; embroidery and screen runs add a day for setup.

03

Ship

Tracking returns to your storefront within an hour of label generation. We default to direct-to-customer for catalogue stores; bulk consolidation to a warehouse is available for distributor accounts.

— Why operators choose us

Built around the operations layer.

Surge is engineered for the part of fulfillment that breaks first under load: file QA, base availability tracking, and consistent dispatch timing. We document our checkpoints and surface failures early.

Predictable production window

Two to three business days for digital decoration; embroidery and screen runs add one day for setup. Tight deadlines are flagged in writing before production begins.

Checkpoint-based QA

Each piece passes through a documented file-versus-output comparison before packing. Misprints are caught and re-run before the shipping label is generated.

No order minimum

Single-unit and bulk runs share the same intake pipeline. Volume tiers apply at fifty, two-fifty, and one-thousand units.

Same-day operator response

Out-of-stock notifications, deadline conflicts, and file issues are surfaced within the same business day — routed to a named operator, not a ticket queue.

Operations questions answered

What is your typical turnaround?
Standard production window is two to three business days from order confirmation for direct-to-garment, sublimation, and small-volume screen. Embroidery and high-volume screen extend by one day for setup. Tight deadlines are flagged before production begins.
Do you require a minimum order?
No MOQ. Single-unit sampling and bulk launch volumes pass through the same intake pipeline. Volume tier discounts trigger automatically at fifty, two-fifty, and one-thousand units per SKU.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Four core methods: DTG (photographic detail, small runs), screen printing (solid colour, high volume), embroidery (caps and chest marks), and dye-sublimation (drinkware, polyester, all-over apparel). Decoration compatibility is listed on each product detail page.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipments dispatch via tracked postal or courier services depending on weight and destination. Duties and taxes default to recipient responsibility; customs documents attached to each parcel are listed in your dispatch confirmation.
How do I get started?
Send a brief to [email protected] describing your store, expected order volume, and decoration methods you plan to use. We respond within one business day with onboarding steps and a sample order.
